Using Human Centered Design (HCD), we run custom ideation workshops with you and your learners. Using tied and trust to define the problem and then generate a bazillion ideas through our divergent thinking ideation techniques. We then work together using convergent thinking activities to refine these and identify the top ideas for prototyping and testing.
This iterative process allows us to fail fast with minimum effort so we invest your time, energy (and budget!) on the final solution – which we know will hit the mark.
